Bakken
The park opened in 1583 with the discovery of a natural spring, making it the oldest surviving amusement park in the world[2]. Over time, more and more business people settled down due to the large influx of visitors. Today, Bakken is characterized by a mix of classic and modern rides. One of the attractions is one of the oldest wooden roller coasters in Europe, the Chutebanen, which went into operation in 1932.
