Inside the castle, visitors could experience a journey through the Middle Ages, which could get a bit spooky at times. On November 1st, 2022, after 35 years, the ride was closed. Some of the figures were auctioned off in an auction that took place until November 13th, 2022. Over €56,000 was raised in this auction. The castle is being completely redesigned by the Plopsa group and is set to offer a new ride with a Smurfs theme for the 2024 season.
