Erlebnisbahn WieLi
The WieLi (short for Wiegand-Lift) is a hybrid transport and amusement system developed by the German manufacturer Josef Wiegand GmbH & Co. KG. Combining elements of a funicular railway and an alpine coaster, the system uses open-air, multi-passenger cars mounted on steel tracks and towed by a continuous steel cable. It is engineered to navigate steep inclines and tight curves, serving as both practical mountain transport and a scenic ride experience.
